HIGH SGOT SGPT AND ALKALINE PHOSPHATASE
I have completed 36 weeks of pregnancy and now LFT is showing high SGOT SGPT AND ALKALINE PHOSPHATASE levels and my gynae suggests for early delivery.Should.i wait for 38 weeks to get completed or its urgency. I am also attaching my reports.

Its better to plan delivery on 37 weeks care has to be taken to avoid excess bleeding during delivery

Keep watch on fetal movements If doppler ultrasound is normal, go for delivery at 36-37 weeks
