It can lead to complications like preterm contractions, rupture of membranes, and placental abruption, cord prolapse You might also experience increased heartburn, constipation, and frequent urination. If you experience severe abdominal pain, sudden swelling, signs of preterm labor (contractions, bleeding), or a significant decrease in fetal movement, seek immediate medical attention.  All these can occur but most cases are uncomplicated and have uneventful delivery Monitor baby movements Plan delivery around 39wks /or as your doctor advises

Hi, As long as your fetal movements are good, there is no issue. But because of polyhydramnios, there might be complications during the process of delivery ex: fetus might aspirate amniotic fluid, cord prolapse, etc.
Next Steps
Better to plan for an early delivery(around 38wks)
Health Tips
Take adequate rest.Avoid strenuous work,as it may lead to sudden rupture of membranes.
