AFI 24 at 31 weeks
Hi, It's my second pregnancy and AFI levels are 24 at 31 weeks. My OGTT, sugar levels, Level 1, Level 2 scans are absolutely normal. All blood test reports are normal. Cervix closed and 3 cm. I feel good fetal movements. Only slight breathlessness. My gynae says cause is idiopathic. What should I do & what precautions should I take? My first baby born at full term, healthy (3.3kg) via nvd.

Hi Your AFI is slightly on higher side of normal...so breathlessness is there...there are chances of preterm delivery,or preterm labour, water breakage,etc... Monotoring and doctor visits are required...
Next Steps
