Since SGOT and SGPT are normal in report as per yourLFT report it is normal and not cholestasis of pregnancy. Having said that it is more important to realise that she is having symptoms of cholestasis of pregnancy. Please take Tablet Udiliv 300 mg two tablets two times a day for 2 weeks.
Next Steps
Alkaline phosphatase of Placenta origin is high in all pregnancy. Your wife report is essentially normal You need to do 1. Liver function test after 2 weeks 2. Urine bile salt and bile pigment 3. Monitoring of blood pressure and coagulation profile
Health Tips
For itching use 1. Atarax Tablet at bedtime 2. Momex ointment for local application 3. Caladryl lotion for local application Avoid scratch to prevent secondary bacterial infection Please note that covid is also presenting as rash in some people.
