I am 35 years old, 15 weeks pregnant.
I have SLE and hypothyroidism and obesity.
My echo is normal, lungs are normal, hemoglobin normal.
But I have breathing difficulty while walking, talking, and lying down.
No chest pain or cough.
Is this due to pregnancy, SLE, anxiety, or any hidden heart/lung issue?
What tests should I ask my doctor?

Breathlessness can be due to pregnancy-related changes, obesity, anxiety, or thyroid imbalance. However, given your SLE and pregnancy, other causes should be ruled out even if echo and lungs are normal.
Please discuss with your doctor about: CBC (repeat), thyroid profile (TSH), oxygen saturation, ECG, repeat echocardiography if symptoms worsen, pulmonary function tests, and screening for anemia, pulmonary hypertension, or SLE flare.
Seek urgent care if breathlessness worsens, occurs at rest, or is associated with swelling, palpitations, or dizziness.
