Hiatal hernia?
Can usg full abdomen rule out this hiatal hernia? I am 25 and m scared after reading about barret's esophagus due to my stomach issues. Epigastric burning, mild acid reflux sometimes.. Please help me

Hiatus hernia is a common hernia which is presnt in many humans in the world.we come across it incidentally when a usg scan or endoscopy is done. Many humans have a deviated nasal septum in the nose. No human on earth has a perfect nose. Same way many natural defects are present in the body systems which we come across incidentally during a clinical examination or investigation. So there is nothingvto worry.

Hiatal hernia can not be seen on usg. You need to get endoscopy to rule out hiatal hernia. And even if it's present Nothing to worry ,it's very common. Manage your gastric issue. Consult for proper management and treatment of gastritis.
