Hi Doctors i get panic attacks atleast once a month or so... All the symptoms are scary mimic heart symptoms i get scared😨 got tmt, echo & ecg tests done all reports are normal.. I have acidity problem, burning sensation in urine and weak urine stream too.. Plz tell me best medicines in Ayurveda..
