If there’s a hemorrhoid for 5–6 months with no pain, no bleeding, no symptoms, then no treatment as such is needed. Just avoid constipation, drink water, and take fiber rich diet. Take a sitz bath by sitting in warm water for 10–15 minutes, once or twice a day. It helps relax and soothe the anal area. For further evaluation consult a general surgeon.
