U have mentioned diagnosis, please mention complaint facing. Seitz bath
Sit in a tub filled with hot to warm water add betadine solution, sit for do7 to 9 min.
Tab zerodol sp three times a day after food for 5days.
Tab cefexim 200 two times a day after food for 5 days.
Locally apply oxyurate ointment by index finger first on buthole than gently push inside anus rotate the finger to cover anal mucosa completely before n after defication two times for two weeks.
