Hemoglobin
Hello doctor.
My hemoglobin has been trending downwards for last 2.5 years now (in Jan 2020 it was 16.5) now it is 14.3 (june 2022). Is there a cause of concern and what tests shd i do to remove doubts. I have no other medical condition except occassion anxiety. My b12 and vit d usually is on the lower side for which i usually take medicine..but iron is normal. Thanks

Be normal.
Don't think about your Haemoglobin reports because both are normal reports. By such an attitude you will have a tendency to develop Anxiety State and you will not get any cure (because there is no disease).

For a male 14-16 of Hb is normal.. Smoking and dehydration infections will cause elevated Hb.
If your vit B12 and vit D is low you requires supplementation..

You didn’t mention your gender as haemoglobin levels vary
Even there is a drop but it’s in normal range
