Help me! Tinnitus, insomnia, many more!
I am a patient of tinnitus snc 1.5 yrs, its not the major issue right now. The other issued that Are problematic for me is, i feel weird(crawling) sensations on my scalp when i eat(smtyms), i get tinnitus spike sometimes(spike like in either of the ear a loud sound will happen and last for half a minute), after that it goes away, after this i dnt feel fresh mostly, i blv it happens more mostly when i dnt grt engh sleep, since few days my sleep is not consistent, it brks smtyms in mid of night, and the environment feels hot even though its cold. I hv done brain mri, all audiology tests, usg neck, blood tests(i got high ige, 410). And main thing is i have been to multiple ents but no diagnosis. I suspect something in neck as when squeeze the inner part of my jaw(area where my teeth ends), tinnitus increases. When I rotate my neck towards any side it does increase! I want further diagnosis, i was hoping for a neck mri bt no one has sggstd yet :(. Plz help me, i feel helpless!

Many times no cause of tinnitus can be found . Try tab clonotril 0.25 at bedtime for 10 days. Keep a ticking clock near your head when you sleep. It may help.
