Hello doctors I have problem
Hello doctor I am feeling low energy , sleepy eyes and dizzy , Monday I went for check up and their I found my sugar level shows 83mg/dl and bp is 120/70
Do I have any low sugar or low BP or any heart disease?
Doctors my age is 35 and I am really getting scare bcoz of this all
What I should do?

I assume you are too anxious about your glucose levels of 83 since yesterday.
You could do fasting glucose 2 hours post prandial glucose with 75 GM's og glucose and HBA1C
As per your cardiovascular system you can do baseline ECG,echo and TMT to get all the doubts cleared to be free of anxiety
