Your symptoms of persistent fever and body pain could be due to a viral or bacterial infection, or even something like dengue or chikungunya. It is important to get certain blood tests done, including a Complete Blood Count (CBC) and Dengue NS1 test, to rule out any serious underlying causes. Please avoid self-medication beyond paracetamol without consulting a doctor, and hydrate well in the meantime. I recommend you consult me directly for a detailed evaluation and treatment plan. You can also reach me through eight zero zero nine eight two one double three two via WhatsApp for a quicker consultation.

Please get your Fever profile tests done and consult a General Physician in your area with the report. I feel we should not advise any medicine more than Paracetamol in tele-consultation.
