For more than 1 week, After i freshen up, I feel very bloated and heavy in stomach, so there is no much desire to eat any food. Earlier I used to feel very light and had good hunger for food after I had freshen up.
What could be the potential reason for this and any remedy for this.

To alleviate heaviness and bloating, try home remedies like drinking peppermint tea, ginger tea, or chamomile tea, taking probiotics, eating diuretic foods like asparagus, cucumbers, or celery, avoiding carbonated drinks, applying heat or warm compresses to the abdomen, and practicing relaxation techniques like deep breathing, yoga, or meditation.
