Dear doctors ,I do t know how to describe this , i feel dizzy , feel like fainting but not fainting , so much gas comes up from food pipe ,feel like something is stuck in my throat , when i get dizzy i feel very anxious thinking that now i'll collapse an die , I have done my brain CT scan 2 years ago an it's normal , i have done echo an it's normal , but i have no idea why i feel dizzy ,, i do have anxiety issues ,My BP when i check at clini its 130/80,120/80,100/70,117/80 once it showed 140/80
