Anxiety and Dizziness

Asked for Male, 30 Years

Can Anxiety cause dizziness or change in your ECG pattern ? I have had calcium score test it came as zero but my ECG has small T WAVE inversion and sometimes i get fluttering kind of feeling. Following up with doctors here in usa but not getting correct answers. Please help.
