Heart rate u mentioned is not problematic. If ur heart goes above 120, take ecg and get consultation.

It is better to get an ECG and consult a doctor. Physiologically everybody s heart rate varies with the level of activity, emotions other conditions like fever, pain. If this variation from 75-106 is almostinute to minute or the pulse oximeter reading continuously shows different readings in this range it can be an arrhythmia (heart rhythm problem). If his pulse rate goes up during fever and movement and this is the minimum and maximum in a day then it's ok. Only ECG can clarify.
Next Steps
Get an ECG

What do you mean by 13th of covid? Is it 13th day of covid? Your friend can be suffering from an irregular heart rate known as Atrial Fibrillation.
Next Steps
Get an ECG done and consult a doctor.
