Take easily 3.5 - 4 liters easily ..... Take fried and junk food once in while.... Take salads , fibre on daily basis.. Do no sit after taking meal... Drink detox water daily.... Eat  more vegetables and fruits... Do some exercise at home level... Avoil bulky food... Small and frequent meal should be taken

Eat homemade healthy food . Drink before feeling dehydrated . Nowadays prblm is junk sweets , outside fried food, unhealthy salty snacks and soda drinks . start making healthy choices n you will get best health n shape as a bonus . Eat well live Nutrigenious.
