Your BMI is 34. That puts you in the category of  Extreme obesity (next category is morbid obesity). Your biochemistry parameters are acceptable. You have a 12 mm stone in right kidney. Ideally you should need surgery.  But you are in a moderate risk for open surgery.  Next treatment is nephrolithotomy. It is a prolonged treatment with too many sittings. You are in Gurgaon which has the best Medical treatment available in India. You should consult there if some Surgeon is willing to take you up for surgery. Second method is that you should try to lose weight by 10 kg before surgery and another 10 kg after surgery.
