Sir,according to my age and height my weight is very low ...so please help me to get out of this ...now my weight is 50 and age is 24 and height is 5"10 inch.

Start ur day with exercise and walk which increase ur metabolism. Don't skip ur breakfast which increase ur appetite. Take high protein and good fat in breakfast. Add cream,cheese, paneer in ur diet. Take healthy complete liquid like banana shake, Chikoo shake etc.

Increase intake of simple carbs n sugars like potatoes, rice, sabudana, sugar, honey, jaggery,jam, jellies etc.
Increase protein as well like sprouts, fish, chicken, fish, paneer, pulses.
Take energy dense foods by adding butter, ghee etc to ur diet
Tk high calories fruits twice everyday like banana, mangoes, chiku, dates, litchi.
Tk full cream milk,and milk products like dahi, chach, lassi
