Hello sir.
1. Don't brush from that side.
2. Gargle twice or thrice a day with warm water and salt.
3. Avoid hard food, spicy , hot food for at least 3-4days.
4. Maintain oral hygiene. Food should not get stuck in that extraction area.
All we can do is, to maintain good oral hygiene around the extraction site. This will lead to healthy recovery, fast recovery may be expected.
Warm salt water gargles can help after 24 hours of extraction.
Avoid spicy and hot food for 24 hrs, then start gentle warm salt rinses thereafter, avoid wide mouth opening for coming 5-6 days, maintain good hygiene in that area.
Next Steps
Do go to your dentist for followup visit after a week
