Headaches during winter
Hello respected Doctors Greetings. I am getting frequent headaches only during the winters past one year. Please advise what to do? The pattern is behind the eye backside n neck. Then the forehead would also start aching. It gets better when summer approaches. I am just tired of this hours of headache during the cold season. Please note I don't have hypertension, diabetes and normal thyroid and creatinine values. It's more like cluster headache. Please help me. Thank you

I think it's due to cold causing vasoconstriction as per your history given above. Try to keep yourself covered during sleep, because we are unaware about our body position during sleep. Try this if NOT cured then consult neuromedicine doctor. Stay healthy.
Next Steps
keep yourself warm during night time.

Could be just a cluster head ache or migraine, if having visual aura symptoms. Any triggers need to be avoided.
