Hello Doctor,
I'm having chills, loose motion and headache from the past 3 days. Reached to a general physician got relief from the single dose (1st in night, 2nd in morning and 3rd in afternoon). But once the medicine is over again the same problem.
Anything you can suggest for a cure ?

2- Tab Paracetamol500 mg 2 time per day for fever and pain after food for 3 day.
3- Tab Metronidazole 400 mg 3 time per day after food for 3 day .
4- Cap Vizylac 2 time per day after food for 3 day.
5-Cap Multivitamin A to Z Gold 2 time per day after food for strength and immunity.

and take less spicy and fatty food and
