Hi., I can understand your concern
It can be due viral infection
Take tab amoxiclav 625 twice a day after food for 5 days
Tab montek lc at night after food for 5 days
Tab paracip twice a day after food for 5 days
And syp.ambrolite s 5ml morning and night after food for one week.
