My ribs is paining and in  my head some problems but i have alredy mri report so please suggest me about this problem

Firstly consult a orthopaedic or a general physician to ascertain the cause of rib and head pain.....what does your mri shows...your treatment will depend only on diagnosis...if it is costochondritis physiotherapy will help...do u have any history of injury to your chest area in recent time...

What type of head problem you have ?? Is it paining ?? Pain radiating or throbbing type of ??? Does MRI indicate any problem ?? It may be an infection. Can u touch your chin to your chest ???? Is it paining???? If yes then : Consult with doctor/general physician. Or it may b upper back musculoskeletal pathology. First consult with physiotherapists.

Hello..! First is plzz attach ur MRI report to decide the protocol.. Till then start with deep breadthing exercises, pranayam exercises.. some stretces for ams n chest muscles.. 10-15mins meditation for ur head problems.. Drink lot of water..! Practice some yoga aasams early morning.. N remember.. early to bed early to rise..!! U should be fine Thank u.!!

What I suggest is right now do not panic. Do not worry you will be fine.
