First of all ,let me explain about your lipid profile report:-
Types of lipid( cholesterol) :-
HDL - good cholesterol
All other:- LDL,VLDL, Triglycerides, are BAD cholesterol.
Of the above, vldl & Triglycerides can be burnt by simpl physical activities.
LDL will take some time to decrease by physical activity..
