HDL and LDL
My HDL is 31 and LDL is 102. How do I increase my HDL. It dropped from 38 to 31 in last two months, any issues. I take BP tablet, beta blocker.

Thanks for looking in to my post.. First of all ,let me explain about your lipid profile report:- Types of lipid( cholesterol) :- HDL - good cholesterol All other:- LDL,VLDL, Triglycerides, are BAD cholesterol. Of the above,  vldl & Triglycerides can be burnt by simpl  physical activities. LDL will take some time to decrease by physical  activity..
