HBA1C IS 5.9
I have done my body check up there some parameters are not ok one is HBA1C value is 5.9.And second one is Vitamin D is 17.29.And all other test including LFT KFT CBC B12 , Fasting BLOOD SUGAR is 84.So my concern is I am doing exercise regularly, maintaining my diet, there is no belly fat, my body fat level is 14℅.Bmi is also normal. So why HBA1C value is 5.9 ? My fasting sugar is ok and Post meal sugar is around 115.

Hi., I can understand your concern HbA1C is an average of 3 months sugar levels. Recheck after two months. Take a balanced diet. Make sure you're taking adequate carbs proteins and fats. Also plan for relaxing techniques like yoga and deep breathing to avoid stress. Should take medicine for vit d. Plan for walking in mild sunlight about 30 mins

HBA1c is in pre diabetes range Currently your body must be secreting insulin in excess to bring down your sugars to normal It is a stage of insulin resistance Eventually if diet is not brought under control it will start reflecting onto your FBS ABD PPBS
