My mother blood test report shows Hba1c sugar -7.2 ,  Average Blood Glucose- 160mg/dl , Fasting blood sugar -122 mg/dl Is she having sugar now and need medications? Or i should have another test ? Also her b12 came 940, she is pure vegetarian

Ya . It is high sugars and medications are to be initiated. Pls get sugar levels done 2 hours after breakfast and have a follow up.
