Of course, your blood sugar is not controlled. You should follow diabetic diet that include low glycemic index food, complex carbohydrates, mono and poly unsaturated fats and proteins. Avoid simple sugar and sugar sweetened beverages. At least 30 min daily aerobic exercise and consult to an Endocrinologist for medications. Remember, the therapy for Diabetes is individualised depending upon other comorbid conditions.
