the hba1c is borderline above normal. so, there is no need to start any medicine immediately instead bring few lifestyle changes. include 50-100g of vegetable salad during your regular meals, fibre food, soaked dry fruits of your choice in morning, control your portion/ calories.exercise daily for 30mins-1hr. walk few steps post meal everyday…these changes may seem overwhelming but try these for 10-15 days you can see lot of changes. control your stress because now a days almost everyone are facing anxiety which causes lot of medical issues.

You can try life style changes for 4 weeks. Avoid sugar and sweet substances in any form, fatty food. Take frequent, small,  meals. Do regular physical exercise. Relax adequately. Repeat blood sugar both fasting and post meal, HbA1c, after 4 weeks.

Further tests need to be done to confirm if your diabetic or impaired With only hba1c it is high but this could also be variable depending on multiple factors You should consume your regular dietary habits and then take blood glucose test to know the actual values
Next Steps
You could continue the same dietary habits by staying consistent and do Hba1c , fasting and post prandial blood sugar after three months
Health Tips
Walking everyday for 25mins
