Its been a year since my delivery and after delivery I did not took proper rest and now I feel so weak, exhausted and tired. I fall sick every now and then. I dont want to go for medicines. I prefer supplement which I can consume through milk or edibles which can give me energy.

try to have the meals rich in protein, along with 5-6 small and frequent meals with plenty of water juices including fruits in the diet, try to have your meals in between the gap of 3 hrs not more than that and you are good to go

As per your details, your BMI-19, its within the range but on the lower side. So you need balanced nutrient rich diet. If you upload your CBC reports, than it wl be easy to plan. As Hb, fasting sugar, calcium, Vit D and B12 needs to be addressed properly. In the mean time consume diet rich in fruits and dairy with lots of neebu Paani.
