Having pain in my lower back right side
I m suffering from back pain right side can't band my back and having fever over 100 degree F from 10 days I have some acne over this area but after taking skin specialist medicine and consultation the acne were gone but the pain persist it is like a niddle pricking sensation Andrew having muscular pain in that particular area.skin specialist refer me to consult a orthopaedic person. Please guide me. Can't bear the pain I m having a small one year child and nursing her. Due to lock down having problem to visit a doctor. Please help me

Your back pain and acne not related both different and you are suffering from back muscle spasm if in case prolapse disc you will have pain to leg

As per your history You are suffering from three different issues. First for skin - continue advise by consultant. Second fever - 10 days. - seek advise by physician and find the cause and treatment. Third - back pain with right LL radicular pain. Once your fever subsided check how much is the back pain. As if it persists then need to evaluate by MRI.
