Having left side chest pain and arm pain
I've consulted many cardiologist for my left side chest and arm pain, done 10 ecg's, 1 2d echo, TMT all came normal, despite all normal i still have left chest (pin point pain) and left arm pain, i was diagnosed with cervical spondylitis 2 years back, I'm attaching my MRI of Cervical spine and brain angiography
Please check and let me know if it's heart related or cervical related and should i go for CT coronary angiography or not

If your cardiologist has cleared out cardiac causes of chest pain you need not worry about it..
Left arm pain if associated with tingling sensation and numbness should be evaluated alongwith with your scans..
Next Steps
If your TMT is normal it is very likely that you do not have blocked arteries in your heart when it is under stress..And most of the cardiologist would not do a coronary angiography for you.
