Having headache and feverish from 1 week
Hello sir I hve headache in front and pressure opposite to eys from one week .These symptoms starts from waking up in mg and remains whole day .Not feeling tired much.Feeling feverish but there is no fever.What tests should be done is it be dengue .pls suggest
