In past three months my weight is increasing drastically earlier it was 47 and at present time it is 56 kg.
I don't consume any processed food or junk food I walk 6-7 kilometers everyday.It's been a month I have stopped drinking tea and coffee.
I feel tired all the time I could not sleep properly also my skin colour has became yellowish pale.
I feel hungry most of the time but m afraid if I eat it effect my weight.
Please suggest some diet and nutrition plan which could help reducing the weight.

well balanced diet, 45 mins of brisk walking both morning and evening or atleast any one time preferably on empty stomach will fetch you good results, Lukewarm Lemon water upon rising on empty stomach is also a good option for maintaining the present weight once in two to three days, low carb, moderate plant based proteins, low fat, 1 TSP ghee in dal everyday for lunch, high fiber from diet, legumes, sprouts, fermented foods that are having cereal pulse healthy combinations, small portion sized meals, chew food well, plenty of water around 2 to 3 litres per day, omega 3 and 6 foods, oats, bran , millets, all Low GI based foods , good sleep, exposure to sun, healthy active lifestyle, exercises both morning and, all seasonal fruits and vegetables, Leafy vegetables, buttermilk etc are all very helpful and effective in preventing one from getting overweight again..
