Hard and painful round structure on foot
Hi Doc, My husband is having a hard and painful structure on the back of his toe since last 3 months. It's very painful while walking and when putting pressure. We are not able to visit doc in person due to covid situation outside. Please help with the pictures (it's hightlightedbin a circle) and let know what to do next. And if dermatology is the correct dept for this issue.

The lesion is corn. Probably happening due to pressure on the affected area. Foot offloading can help you.

Its a corn and it has to be taken out through electrocautery procedure. No medication works on it and as it grows older it will spread in size and will cause more pain.
Next Steps
Visit a dermat soon and get the procedure done
