Hand grip.
I'm a working professional who typically works 8 hours a day on a pc. I've been working for 2 years. I'm right handed and lately I feel that the grip strength of my hand has decreased and it feels like I don't have control over it. It also pains near the inner part of the elbow bone (the part on which we rest our hand while using a PC) and the wrist of the same hand. (Also have a painless cyst in my underarm which I got diagnosed, which turned out to be nothing, but a cyst.) What should I do next?
