You need to go for an X-Ray (IOPAR) for the correct diagnosis. If the pain is not there, doesn’t mean treatment is not required as it can cause problem at any point of time. So, i will advise you to visit a dentist & get an XRay done for the right diagnosis.

You should consult a dentist, you might not have pain right now but may have it later and you need to find out the cause why the half tooth broke because of caries, was it RCT treated.
