My weight is 75 kg I'm 22 male I don't get fit everyday i feel tired i have a problem of hair loss since 1 year... What is the reason for hair loss I think might be weight gain

You need to take high fiber low fat diet followed by detox diet. Drink lot of water everyday. Take small and frequent meals at regular intervals of 2-3 hrs. Avoid outside food completely. Ask me directly for customized diet plan for you

Hi, Avoid outside food. Have spinach, almonds, plenty of water, coconut water, fresh fruits and veggies for hair fall. Try losing your weight by avoiding oily food and sweets. Have your dinner early and keep it light. Exercise at least 5 times a week and 30 to 40 minutes each time. Keep stress at bay and rest well.
