For reducing weight follow three main things like healthy diet ,exercise and walk early morning and evening. Take high fibre food in ur diet . Add more fruits and vegetables in ur diet . You can do your analysis and constitution part , on that basis do the required changes. In the mean while you can start with walk followed by high fibre and mild protein rich meal.
