My lower teeth front portion gums are tingling . Its not paining but kind of annoying . I couldnt able to sleep due to that its been two days since i slept properly.
I recently quitted smoking its been 20 days . Is this part of nicotine withdrawl symptom . I was a smoker for 10 years last 1 year i smoked like 2 packets a day
Kindly help the tingling is too annoying . Physical checkup in mirror i couldnt find any problem in gums though .

Try nicotine chewing gum and see if it is the part of withdrawal or something else. If it is not go with cleaning along with sensitivity tooth paste.
If it is the part of withdrawal consult a psychiatrist.
You may be right it may be withdrawal symptoms but without thorough clinical examination we cannot pin point things. It may also be due to inadequate cleaning and deposition of plaque and calculus or formation of pockets.
