Their are many kinds of gum infections due to various causes. It is better to clinically see and diagnose. Prescribing antibiotics without proper checkup is not advisable.
You can use any mouthwash containing chlorexidine gluconate like Clohex Heal.

Kindly get a dental examination done to rule out the type of infection, its cause. Then only required medications can be taken. Antibiotics are different for each type of infection.
