Gums bleeding
2 3 months I have gum bleeding problem specially in the front tooth please tell me which vitamin deficiency cause gums bleeding I ma in arunachal pradesh here no dentist available please I twist brush my teeth n flux too.

Gum bleeding can be due to. Improper cleaning, I recommend u use Colgate slimssoft and educate yourself about proper tooth brushing technique-see youtube for that. And. For vitamin diffeciency - vit c deficiency can cause gum problems--take one tab lymcie(chewable tab) for 15days and see if it helps.

Bleeding gum are caused by inadequate plaque removal .This will caused the gum to become inflamed .Which may cause them to bleed when brushing or flossing.this is called gingivitis and is the first stage of gum disease

Bleeding from Gums is mainly because of Deposition tartar (plaque and calculus) which harbours bacteria.

Common cause for gum bleeding is mainly local factors than systematic issues as u asked. Local factors like plaque, calculus surrounding the teeth causes gum inflammation and bleeding. First visit a dentist. If advised do a scaling followed by gum paint.
If still problem persist then think about other factors.
