Hello, swollen gums could be because of food lodged in between teeth. Visit a dentist and get your scaling and polishing done. Brush your teeth twice daily, night brushing is very important. Floss regularly. Rinse after every meal. Visit dentist every 6 months.

Hello Sir, sometimes hot food can cause burning of the gums. It will heal on its own need not to worry. You can apply Mucopain gel/ Anabel gel 2-3 times in a day. Strict to soft diet and avoid something very hot and spicy. You can also apply this meal before having food if you have difficulty while eating.

It happens because of burning due to eating hot food, need not to worry it will heal at it's own because healing in oral cavity is very fast. But still if you want to use ointment then you can use mucopain before having meals.
