hello mam..
the sensitivity after teeth cleaning is normal for one week....For the gum pain apply stolin gum astringent which will gets normal within 7 days of teeth cleaning... if the gum pain persits even after one week then go for X-ray check up.....
Considering your age, sometimes 3 rd molar impaction also causes gum pain and the pressure from impacted 3 rd molar causes erosion of teeth and causes sensitivity of 2 nd moalr teeth...
Next Steps
if the gum pain and sensitivity still persits after 1 week then kindly visit dentist for furthur management

good morning
if scaling is done 1 or 2 days back then it will take 7 days to have its effect till that time you need to apply stolin gum astringent onto that area and if the swelling will be still prrsisring then need to go for the x ray of that particular area
