Gum scaling
It has been 30 days since my gum scaling was done for gum infection. I'm continuing to do mouth Wash with betadine solution. Can I take head bath?

Yaa u can do head wash...there is no correlation of any dental treatment and head wash
Next Steps
Ask ur dentist to continue betadine mouthwash for more than 30 days...u can do chlorhexidine mouthwash as regular mouthwash

There's no reason you can't take a shower, it is not at all related to your treatment.
