Gum problem
I see that lower jaw 3-4 front teeth gum is not of same quality as the upper one. Gum density is less as compared to other part of teeth. How can I take proper care of my gum?

See, every area of your oral cavity won't have same density of gums. So don't compare it. If you want your gums healthy then visit dental clinic regularly, go for scaling then follow proper hygiene measure. Still have queries then you can consult me online or offline for better guidance and treatment options.

1st of all visit a dentist nearby and get scaling and root planning. After that maintain your oral hygeine by regular brushing, mouth wash and warm saline rinses. your gums will get back to normal once you follow all these instructions.

Hello... I understand your concern, every area of our cavity cannot have same size and density of gums. Everyone usually has little less gum in the lower front area, if you don’t have any problem right now like if the gums have receded from teeth, sensitivity, cavity etc then don’t worry. For proper care of your gums you should brush twice daily, do flossing, do warm saline rinses, massage your gums for 1-2 min with finger tips, eat healthy, take good amount of vit C and various other vitamins and minerals and visit a dentist every 6 months for a routine dental check up.
