Gum paining
My two or three front bottom gum are paining when I eat . It feel like there is needle there its paining from 2 -3 days

Hello.. The gum pain may be due to gingivitis or ulcers in gum.. I advice you to take pain killers and topical dentogel ointment for three days.. Dentogel - apply on the gums.. It will get better soon..

This pain may be due to overbrushing,rough brushing or you have very old and rough brush. This may cause gingivitis. So initially you have to take simple precaution while brushing and use mouth wash and gum.paint for gum massage.Later on consult offline to a dentist.

Hi, This problem may be due to gingivitis ,I.e swelling in the gums.Other reason could be a traumatic bite. Use mouthwash 3 times a day Warm saline rinses 4-5 times a day.
