Hello... Gum pain may be due to periodontal problem, grossly decayed teeth..
I advice you to use topical dentogel ointment in the gums for three days, thrice a day.. And wash it after ten minutes of application..
You can take pain killers twice a day for three days.. Follow me with your medical history details to know the name of pain killer..
Medications will give only temporary relief..
Next Steps
take an xray and verify the condition of teeth and do consult me for further details regarding dental procedures to be continued..
thank you..
With the limited information that you have given, it appears that the tooth is broken below the gum line. While talking the fragment moves and causes continous pain
Before visiting a doctor, you can use gummointmemt like orasep la to numb the area or take a OTC painkiller.
Visit a nearby dentist let him examine u and check the situation with aid of diagnostic x-rays and then decide whether to salvage tooth or remove the fractured fragment or remove the whole tooth in Toto
Pl share a picture so that actual tooth structure available will be seen. It might need correction in terms of filling or cap, but actual pal can be share post the picture and an x ray preferably
Hello
It is probably pricking your soft tissues in the mouth . Probably why the pain.
If there is considerable loss of tooth structure you may need a root canal treatment followed by placement of a cap . Only that way you will be comfortable.
