Gum bleeding and sensitivity
I hv gum bleeding since a month and sensitivity in front 6 teeths both up and down. After eating chocolate sensitivity become more and evn wn i do t eat anything i can feel sensitivity

Hi. Make sure your brushing technique s gentle n not hard strokes . Cos if u do hard enamel will erode n get sensitivity easily.

go to dentist n check for any decay i mean behind the teeth especially. use soft brush. u can use ELSENZ sensitivity paste. u can take a pea size n jus apply it in frob tooth n jus spread all teeth with tongue r brush . after 5 min u can jus rise it off . if elsenz s not available use hydent pro paste . use mouth wash orahex pro once n two days 3 ml n hold t n mouth for 4 min n jus spit . don eat r drink tea r cofee for half an hour after using tat

Follow correct brushing techniques which reaches all surfaces of teeth. To be thoroughly cleaned. Followed by brushing take a clean and soft cotton cloth and wipe off all the surfaces of every  tooth with moderate manual pressure. Do it after every meal if possible. Use dental floss regularly. Regular cleaning of tongue with tongue scraper Locally apply, CNBC DENTAL GEL,5 times per day, keep gel applied (with ear bud or clean finger) for 2-4 minutes each time, do not touch with finger/tongue during that period,do not swallow saliva during that period. C.becosule forte, once a day for 2 weeks. Mouthwash: ORAHEX PRO. USE once in every 2 days, after meal. take 2-3 ml directly in mouth, hold for 3-5 mins and spit out. Do not eat drink or rinse mouth for next half an hour.

Ur condition is gingivitis /periodintitis which occur due to improper oral hygiene or any other under lying cause which may worse if it keeps on progressing
